% 09.02.2017 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.273/2015 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 304A/34 IPC against the petitioners at Police Station Keshavpuram. The complainant is present in Court. She is identified by the Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought a pay order for Rs.3 lakhs drawn in favour of respondent No.2/ Lali Devi bearing no.740489 dated 06.02.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank. The same has been delivered to respondent No.2, who is present in court.

In view of the aforesaid, the complainant joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
