The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 to 3 against the unauthorized construction being carried out at property 230-B and 230-C in Khasra no. 373, situated in Village Masjid Moth, Delhi admeasuring 11 biswas.

It is stated that the petitioners have raised complaints with regard to the unauthorized construction with MCD on 5th January, 2026. 3.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.1 and 2.

Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of MCD, submits that there is no unauthorized construction going on in the aforesaid property no.230-B. occupier of the aforesaid property no.230-C has raised unauthorized construction in Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor of the said property without any sanction plan. He submits that the aforesaid property has been booked and a Show Cause Notice has been issued to the owner/ occupier of the said property.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission made by counsel for MCD, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that MCD shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 7.
Let a compliance report be filed on behalf of MCD within six (6) weeks from today.
