The learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of order dated 21.01.2025. It is stated that since it is mentioned in the order dated 21.01.2025 that the petitioner herein will move an appropriate application for grant of furlough after expiry of one year of moving the previous application for grant of furlough. Therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 21.01.2025 be modified.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.01.2025 is modified to that extent that "the Jail Authority will consider the application for grant of furlough as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
