Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that after the filing of the present writ petition, there is a significant development as now there is only a lien with respect to the alleged fraudulent entry of Rs. 2 lacs and the bank account, as such, is now free from any attachment 3.

She submits that in view of the above said, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition. 4.
