The applicant, who has been granted parole, seeks modification in order dated 29.01.2026, simply for the reason that his family members have not been able to arrange surety. He, therefore, seeks his release on personal bond or cash surety.

However, before taking any final decision with respect to abovesaid aspect, learned Standing Counsel for respondent who appears on advance notice, is requested to place on record the names and details of persons who visited and met the applicant in jail, during the last 2 years. 3.
