However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that since respondent has received the entire sum as recorded in order dated 26.11.2025 the present petition, per se, has become infructuous. 3.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed in default for non-appearance, for non-prosecution as also since the same is not surviving anymore.
