O R D E R

% 18.03.2019 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be depositing the cost in terms of the order dated 12.03.2019 within a period of one week from today.

He further submits that in view of the order dated 27.05.2017 passed by the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Saket Court, New Delhi in CS 52091/2016 titled Hemant Didwania & Anr. v. Sh. Shiv Kumar Khetan & Ors. dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh incase the said order is set aside in an appropriate proceeding.
