4. Learned counsel for the appellant identifies Mr. Sunder Hemrajani, the power of attorney holder.

5. In furtherance of directions contained in para 8 of order dated 11.10.2023, the original documents, as enumerated under serial no. 1 to 4 of the description of documents page, placed at sl. No.804 of A file, are returned to Mr. Sunder Hemrajani, the power of attorney holder, after retaining certified copies thereof.

6. Power of Attorney holder has given acknowledgment of the receipt of the original documents, which is evident from noting done at page 4 of part B file.
