The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 0388/2019 under Sections 323/341/342/365/506/34 IPC registered with P.S. Aman Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 4.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 are present in the Court. The petitioners are identified by their counsel and respondent no.2 is identified by the Investigation Officer.

The said parties state that they have resolved their disputes in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 30.08.2019.

They state that they have no

grievance against each other.

Respondent no.2 further states that he does not wish to pursue the said FIR and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 7.

In view of the statement made by the parties before this Court, the FIR No.0388/2019 under Section 323/341/342/365/506/34 IPC registered with P.S. Aman Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded therein. 9.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. 10.
