BAIL APPLN. 2423/2019 2.

The petitioner has filed the present application seeking bail in FIR No.0353/2017 under Section 307 IPC and Sections 27/54/59 Arms Act, 1959 registered with PS Mundka. It is stated that the material witness (the injured) is yet to be examined.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious and, therefore, this Court does not consider it apposite to accede to the prayer at this stage.

The trial court is requested to ensure that the material witness (the injured) is examined as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh after the material witnesses

have been examined.

The application is disposed of.
