Mr. Farooqui, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The petitioner had sought bail in FIR No. 0922/2016 registered under sections 420/406/120-B IPC at Police Station Ranhola, District West Delhi. The bail was granted by an order dated 11.07.2018, however, instead of the above, the FIR has erroneously been recorded as FIR No. 160/2015 under sections 20/25/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Crime Branch. This error stands rectified. The bail shall be deemed to have been granted in FIR No.0922/2016 by the aforesaid order dated 11.07.2018. The application stands disposed-off.
