Mr. Tandon, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 3, and states that instructions have already been issued to the respondent bank for defreezing the bank account of the petitioner. 2.

Ms. Khanna, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 bank, states that except for a sum of Rs. 28,859/- on which a lien has been created, the account of the petitioner has been de-freezed. 3.

In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
