This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG BSF to release disability pension under CCS (EOP) RULES, 2023 in favour of the petitioner with 12% interest from the dated of the invalidation out from the service i.e 06.05.2024, in the light of the judgement of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in KALU RAM V. UNION OF IND/A & ORS., W.P.(C) NO. 4350/2025. II. Pass any other order in the interest of Justice." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition be considered as a representation and the decision thereof be taken by the respondents.

If that be so this petition will be treated as a representation of the petitioner for grant of disability pension. The respondents shall decide the same by considering the judgment of this Court in the case of Kalu Ram v. Union of India & Ors., W.P. (C) 4350/2025, within eight weeks from today. 5.
