W.P.(CRL) 39/2016 Petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a period of two weeks in order to raise funds for the purpose of engaging a senior counsel who shall file his petition against the dismissal of his appeal by this Court.

This Court notes that for the same reason, the petitioner has been granted parole by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2015 for a period of four weeks which period is to expired on 09.01.2016 for which extension is sought.

No ground is made out.

Dismissed.
