This writ petition has been preferred with the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for restoration of park in D-Block, LIG Flats, Hastsal with respect to its greenery, grass etc; b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for preventing the damage caused to the park by accomplices of respondent no. 5 or any other person on his behalf with immediate effect; c) pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of W.P.(C) 2530/2019 Page 1 of 2
this case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents, in the interest of justice."

Having heard the counsel for the petitioners as well as the counsel for respondent No.3, it appears that the petitioners seek restoration of a park in D-Block, LIG Flats, Hastsal, Delhi.

Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that only Yoga is being performed at the aforesaid place and nothing beyond that. 4.
In view of this submission, we hereby direct respondent No.3 that if there is any encroachment upon D-Block Park, LIG Flats, Hastsal, as stated in the memo of the prayer, the same be removed in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policy applicable to the facts of the present case, after giving adequate opportunity of being heard to the affected party, as early as possible and practicable.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
