Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the disputes between the parties stand settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 17th May, 2024 and they have signed the settlement agreement dated 17th May, 2024. The copy of the settlement agreement has been placed on record by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. 3.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 17th May, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant appeal along with pending applications accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17th May, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition.

The parties are also directed to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17th May, 2024.
