This petition has been placed before Court for directions pursuant to a letter dated 12.01.2024 received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. By this letter, the learned Judge has forwarded a letter dated 10.01.2024 addressed by Sh. Vineet Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-02/e-Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts, requesting for transfer of CT case bearing No. 3/2022 titled as 'Ravinder Kumar v. State and Another' to any other Court, on the ground that the Complainant is related to him and propriety demands that the case should not be tried by him.

Having perused the aforementioned letters and considering that learned Additional Sessions Judge seeks to recuse himself from the matter, CT case bearing No. 3/2022 titled as 'Ravinder Kumar v.
