The present transfer petition arises out of the letter dated 12.01.2024 received from the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act/Additional Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi stating that the matter has to be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi as one of the accused in the present FIR is a former Member of Delhi Legislative Assembly.

Accordingly, the present Transfer Petition is allowed. 3.

It is directed that the proceedings in SC No. 399/2017 titled as 'State vs. Neel Daman Khatri & Ors. arising from FIR No. 1439/2014 under Sections 147/143/109/149/186/332/333/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'), registered at Police Station Narela, Delhi be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi. 4.
