This matter has been placed before Court pursuant to communication dated 12.01.2024 received from Mr. Sanjay Garg-I, learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Perusal of the letter shows that on 09.12.2023, Mr. Animesh Bhaskar Mani Tripathi, learned MM-02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi had passed an order recording that the complaint pertains to PS: Lodhi Colony which lies in South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi and therefore the learned M.M. does not have the jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Matter was thereafter placed before the learned C.M.M. for appropriate orders. On 04.01.2024, learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, passed the following order:- "As the matter pertains to South East District Saket Courts, it is put before Ld. Registrar General of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi for necessary/further orders....."

Considering that Mr. Animesh Bhaskar Mani Tripathi, learned MM02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi does not have jurisdiction to entertain the complaint in question, as PS: Lodhi Colony lies in South East District, Saket Court, complaint case bearing CC No. 48653/2016 titled 'State v. Sanjeev Khanna & Ors.' stands transferred to the competent Court at South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Matter will be placed before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 15.03.2024, with advance intimation to the parties, for appropriate orders and further allocation to the concerned Court.
