% 20.05.2024 EX.APPL.(OS) 743/2024 This is an application for issuance of transfer certificate. Heard the learned counsel for decree holder.

In view of the order of the Hon'ble Court Dated 20.03.2024, the present application has already been allowed and disposed of. In compliance of order Dated 20.03.2024, Registry is directed to issue transfer certificate in favour of the decree holder on filing the certified copies of the execution petition.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to do the needful for issuance of the transfer certificate.
