O R D E R

% 27.02.2020 The present petition is filed under Section 439 r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in FIR No. 286/2012 dated 18.09.2012 registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar for the offences punishable under Sections 365/392/397/411 IPC.

It is not in dispute that petitioner was admitted on bail by the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi, vide order dated 27.08.2016.

However, later on he was arrested on 25.12.2016 in another FIR No.160/ 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 IPC registered at P.S. Collectorganj, Kanpur Nagar (U.P.) and was sent to District Jail, Kanpur Nagar and was released on 10.03.2017 from District Jail, Kanpur Nagar.

As stated by counsel for petitioner that when he was out on bail he fell

in love with a girl with whom marriage talks were initiated which could not be matured. Due to this reason, he failed to appear before the Trial Court. However, he has assured and undertakes to appear on each and every date during entire trial in this case.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, I am of the view that petitioner deserves bail. Accordingly, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to satisfaction of Trial Court.

The present bail application is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
