O R D E R

% 07.02.2020 Learned APP for the State submits that a detailed report has been filed by the Jail Superintendant with regard to the delayed release of the petitioner.

I have perused the report which shows that the address of the surety Ms. Shashi Kashyap was sent for verification on 20.11.2019 and till 4.12.2019 no report was received by the Jail Superintendant from the concerned office.

The report of verification of address of the surety was received only on 11.12.2019, and on that very day, the petitioner was released on bail as per the order of this Court.

In view of this, nothing remains in the petition, and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
