It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent and admitted by learned counsel for petitioner that list of legal representatives left behind by the respondent was furnished to learned counsel for petitioner way back on 26.03.2024. Learned counsel for the now deceased respondent has also placed on record a copy of the e-mail in that regard. 2.

It also appears from para 2 of order dated 06.04.2023 that the entire amount in terms of the impugned award already stood paid to the now deceased respondent during his lifetime.

Under these circumstances, the petition stands abated. Accordingly, all applications stand disposed of.
