No.55119/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although in para 4 of order dated 28.11.2019, this court has observed that: "While not disputing that a signed copy of the parking site was not filed, as an alternative plea..........", the not filing of the above mentioned signed copy of the parking site had in fact been disputed by the petitioner and was an issue between the parties. It is prayed that this be reflected in the order. Accordingly para 4 of the order dated 28.11.2019 is modified and the words "While not disputing" appearing in the first line of para

4 shall be read as "While disputing". While granting certified copy of order dated 28.11.2019, the order passed today will also be provided. Application stands disposed of.
