This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to consider and decide the Petitioner's resignation applications dated 20.10.2025 and 30.11.2025 in a fair, reasonable and time-bound manner, preferably within a period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
b) Issue a writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the Petitioner's resignation applications and communicate the same to the Petitioner forthwith;
