The present petition alleges wilful disobedience / non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 17.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15896/2025. The operative directions therein are as under: "8. In light of the stand taken by the Respondents and having perused the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in similar writ petition being W.P.(C) No.11974/2025, whereby the writ petition was allowed by the Court with a direction to process the application of the Petitioner, recording the stand of NCTE that there was no requirement for furnishing NOC from the State Government in terms of NCTE Regulations, 2014, these writ petitions are allowed. Respondents are directed to consider the applications of the Petitioners after inspecting the concerned premises and to take a decision thereon within 10 days from today, considering that the counselling shall come to an end at the end of November, 2025."

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that an inspection of the concerned premises has been scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 22.01.2026. It is assured and undertaken that the requisite decision shall be taken latest within a period of two weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner. 4.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present petition is disposed of.

In case the necessary decision is not taken, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition or file afresh.
