% 08.03.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondent to give an appointment as Personal Assistant to the petitioner. After some arguments, Mr.Amit Kumar Chawla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application under Right to Information Act, 2005 and reply to the same has not been received till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to file a fresh petition after obtaining reply under Right to Information Act, 2005. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
