The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it was inadvertently recorded in the order dated 19.07.2024 that the parties have settled their disputes.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 disputes the contentions raised by the applicant in the present application. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner does not dispute that the request was made for withdrawal of the petition. Therefore, without going into the merits of the contents of the application, the order dated 19.07.2024, is rectified in the petition and is directed to be read as under:
