The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging a termination notice dated 31.12.2022 issued by the Directorate General of Health Services, Lady Hardinge Medical College terminating the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Lady Hardinge Medical College and the Petitioner by which the Petitioner was permitted to run a Jan Aushadhi Kendra in the premises of Lady Hardinge Medical College. 2.

Material on record indicates that the tenure of the Petitioner expires on 19.07.2024.

On the Petitioner undertaking to vacate the premises on the date the tenure comes to an end, which is 19.07.2024, the Petitioner is permitted to continue on the premises till 19.07.2024.
