This is a petition under Section 37(2) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act challenging the Order dated 14.11.2024 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that at this juncture he would be satisfied only with an observation from this Court that the observations made in the impugned order should be treated as only limited to the adjudication of issues in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act regarding urgent reliefs and not the opinion of the learned Arbitrator on the interpretation of the contract. reasonable one. It is made clear that these observations are limited only for the purpose of grant or denial of interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator. 3.

Needless to state that the learned Arbitrator will look into the entire material before coming to a final conclusion. It is also made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case. 4.
