The present applications have been filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') seeking modification of the common order dated 24.11.2025 passed by this Court vide which the common summoning order dated 27.01.2020 as well as the impugned orders were set aside, and consequently, the subject complaints were restored before the concerned Magistrate for passing an order afresh. 2.

The only direction that needs to be passed in the present applications is that the learned Trial Court shall pass a fresh order expeditiously without giving any unwarranted adjournments to any of the parties.

3.

It is also clarified that the petitioners who were the original complainants, are permitted to file additional documents within a period of one week from first listing before the learned Magistrate. Since the complaints were filed prior to coming into force of the BNSS, the respondents/accused are not required to be heard before passing any fresh order.

4.

The petitioners shall also file all documents and orders pertaining to CS(OS) 2030/2014 before the learned Trial Court. 5.

The applications stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
