The Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the instant writ petition with the following prayers:- "a) A writ of and/or directions in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing impugned termination notice dated 29.12.2022 issued by Respondent no. 2;

It is stated by learned Counsel for the Respondent/Safdarjung Hospital that fresh tenders have been floated. 3.

The writ petition is being disposed of giving permission to the Petitioner to participate in the tenders.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case. It is needless to state that in case the Petitioner is unsuccessful in the tender, he shall vacate the premises. 5.
