On 19.02.2019, the Petitioner was allotted 15 Sqm covered area in the Campus of Dr. RML Hospital to open Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra to provide medicines and implants to patients at an affordable cost for a period of 3 years from the date of opening of the shop. The license was extended for a period of one year and it was valid till 26.06.2023.

The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the termination notice dated 27.12.2022 issued by Respondent No.2. 3.

given to the Petitioner before terminating the license. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that he has instructions to state that the Petitioner would be given a hearing before a termination order is passed.

The Medical Superintendant of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital is directed to give a show cause notice to the Petitioner within one week and give a date of hearing in the matter.

After hearing the Petitioner, let a decision be taken within two weeks thereafter.

In view of the above, the impugned order is set aside. 8.

The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any. 9.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
