O R D E R

% 19.03.2019

1. Counsel for the Respondents raises a preliminary objection that the prayer in the present petition is for withdrawal of an office order dated 10th February 2018 whereby the Petitioner has been discharged from the services of the Army and therefore the petition ought to have been filed before the Armed Forces Tribunal ('AFT').

2. Counsel for the Petitioner is unable to counter the above preliminary objection. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed. But the dismissal of the present petition will not come in the way of the Petitioner seeking relief in the appropriate forum. The pending application is also dismissed.
