The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus under article 226 of constitution of India SEEKING DIRECTIONS TO PROTECT THE LIFE AND LIBERTY OF THE PETITIONER FROM SCAMMERS Pushpendra Singh Rathore resident of Krishi Anaj Mandi, Kuchaman city, Nagor, Rajasthan settled in Dubai in the interest of justice. c) Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case to meet the ends of justice."
