Initially, the learned counsel for accused/applicant requested for adjournment on the ground that he has been recently engaged and wants to file some additional documents to establish that the accused/applicant was illegally detained by the respondent. But on being pointed out that this application is pending for about six months and further adjournment would not be appropriate, learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that in the interest of his client, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application, disclosing further facts and documents. 2.
