% 01.02.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner states that keeping in view the fact that the last date for admission for Academic Session 2015-16 was 20th October, 2015, the petitioner shall apply next year for allotment of 6 (2+2+2) units for the Academic Session 2016-27.

As and when such an application is filed, the same is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition and applications stand disposed of.
