The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole to look after his mother, find suitable matches for his unmarried sisters and to arrange for funds to take care of his ailing father. 2.

The fact that the petitioner's father has been ailing has been confirmed by the petitioner's mother.

However, no documents were produced to prove the said fact.

The fact that the petitioner has two unmarried sisters aged about thirty years and twenty-six years has also been verified.

The nominal roll has been produced in Court.

The nominal roll indicates that the petitioner was released on parole from 23.02.2019 to 12.04.2019 and he had surrendered in time. He was also released on parole during the previous year and there is no allegation that he misused the same.

The petitioner's overall conduct in the jail has also been reported as satisfactory.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of three weeks from his release, subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- and a surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. He shall provide his mobile number and ensure that he is reachable on it at all times.
