O R D E R

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of Section 15 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, a petition to challenge the election is to be preferred before the competent District Judge.

He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to institute such other remedies as may be permissible in law.

The petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

The next date of hearing, that is, 24.04.2025, shall stands cancelled.
