This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- i.

issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to respondents to update the status of petitioner institute and display its name in the list/category of recognised institutions for conducting PTC Course with intake of 50 seats (one basic unit) on their official website; and/or ii.

issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order directing respondents to inform The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

affiliating body as well as Department of Higher Education, Government of Gujarat communicating status of petitioner institution as recognized institution for conducting PTC course; and/or iii.

pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

This order is being passed in view of a similar order dated 22.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 19386/2025, covering the present issue. Based upon the said order and using the same reasons and expressions, this order is being passed.

Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner No. 1 Institute was established by the petitioner No. 2. The recognition for conducting PTC (D.El.Ed) course was granted vide orders dated 28.10.2006, recognition was granted by the Western Regional Committee. However, the respondents are not displaying the name of the College in the list of recognized institutions on their official website. Thus, the petitioners havre approached this Court seeking to direct the respondents to update the status of the petitioner institute and display its name in the list of recognized institutions for the said course on their official website. He further points out that in the past, several orders have been passed by this Court issuing similar direction, copies of which have been filed along with the writ petition. 4.

respondents and on instructions, states that the respondents have no objection to the present petition being allowed, subject to verification by the respondents.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the status of the petitioner No. 1 institute and if upon verification the same is found to be a recognized institute, the respondents shall update the status on the website in the list of recognized institutions within 3 weeks. Thereafter, communication to this effect shall be sent to the affiliating body as well as Department of Higher Education, Government of Gujarat, within a period of two weeks from the date the status is uploaded.
