The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the fact that a cow belonging to the Petitioner has been seized and taken away by MCD.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent/ MCD shall decide the aforesaid representation after giving an opportunity for personal hearing to the petitioner.
