The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 06th October, 2025, passed by the learned trial court in CS SCJ No. 679/2021. 5.

Ld. Counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

After some arguments, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 7.

Keeping in view the submissions, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
