O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 390/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for enlargement of time to enable the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the arbitral award. Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has also given his consent, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the arbitral proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from today.

The petition stands disposed of.
