% 04.02.2026 Pursuant to the directions contained in order dated 22.01.2026, learned counsel appearing for learned ASC for the State has informed the court that the competent authority has extended the parole granted to the petitioner by 02 weeks for treatment of his wife. A copy of extension order dated 27.01.2026 is handed-up in court. The same is taken on record. A copy of extension order dated 27.01.2026 has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is clarified that this court had granted to the petitioner exemption from surrender till today.
In view thereof, it is directed that the 02 weeks' parole granted by the competent authority shall begin from tomorrow i.e. 05.02.2026.
