Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0089/2022 registered under Section 380 IPC at P.S. Dwarka, Sector-23. 2.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that since the Charge-sheet has been filed in which the Petitioner has been summoned for which, CRL.M.C. 4096/2025 has been filed, the present Petition may be disposed of as infructuous.
