By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant seeks interim bail in connection with proceedings arising out of RC 219 2014 E0013 dated 24.07.2014, registered under Section 120-B read with Sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on medical and humanitarian grounds. 2.

The latest medical report was called for from the Medical Superintendant, which has been submitted on 02.02.2026. 3.

After some argument, Ms. Arundhati Katju, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application at this stage.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Naturally, it will be open to the applicant to move the Special Court afresh in the future if there is a material change in circumstances.
