% 06.02.2020 Petitioner present alongwith his surety namely Hakim Mohammed Rafiq S/o Hakim Mohammed Amin R/o Vaswani House, Room No. 17, 4th Floor, Best Marg, Colaba, Mumbai-400001.

Petitioner furnished his personal bond of Rs. 25 Lakh. Surety bond for Rs. 25 lakh alongwith an affidavit and copy of FDR for Rs.25 lakh and proof of residence furnished by the Surety- Hakim Mohammed Rafiq S/o Hakim Mohammed Amin.

His credentials are formally verified. Original FDR bearing account no. 0146050300210022 dated 27-01-2020 drawn on J & K Bank, Fort Mumbai, Maharashtra is seen and returned with an endorsement to the concerned Bank not to release the amount of abovesaid FDR till further orders.

Surety, Hakim Mohammed Rafiq S/o Hakim Mohammed Amin is identified by Ld. counsel for petitioner.

Personal bond and Surety bond furnished on behalf of petitioner is

found in order and accordingly the same are hereby accepted. Registry is directed to send a communication to the concerned bank informing that the surety Hakim Mohammed Rafiq S/o Hakim Mohammed Amin has stood surety for petitioner and furnished a copy of his FDR as security. The concerned bank is directed not to release the FDR amount until further orders from this Court.
