% 29.11.2019 Petitioner is seeking extension of parole granted by the competent authority on 23rd October, 2019.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner had suffered a knee injury due to a fall in his house in Rohtak on 9th November, 2019 and has undergone a knee surgery on 21st November, 2019 and that he has been advised rest for six weeks.

Status report has been placed on record by respondent/State, which reveals that factum of petitioner's surgery stands verified. Heard.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, parole granted to W.P.(CRL) 3290/2019

petitioner is extended for a further period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order of 23rd October, 2019. This petition stands disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
