This appeal is directed against a judgment of the learned Trial Court dated 26.08.2015, whereby the suit filed by the appellant for recovery of money was dismissed. The appeal was admitted by order dated 27.10.2016.

There was no appearance on behalf of the appellant on six dates of hearing when the matter was taken up in the Regular list. 3.

By an order dated 18.10.2024, the Registry was directed to issue court notice to the appellant and to learned counsel for the appellant. The Registry reports that the appellant has been served but the counsel for the appellant could not be served as he had left the address mentioned in the appeal.

As the appellant has been served but has chosen not to enter appearance, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
