% 30.06.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction for quashing the order dated 22.10.2019, passed by Respondent No.2/UPSC and for correcting the Reserved Category to which the Petitioner belongs, from SC to ST, in connection with the Civil Services Examination, 2019. In view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the judgment of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India, (1997) 3 SCC 261, present petition is not maintainable in this Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum in this regard. Petition is accordingly disposed of granting the liberty as prayed. All pending applications stand disposed of.
